You can access your web-based email by going to:

http://email.YourDomainName.com
enter your email address and your password.

You can set up your Outlook email by following these steps:

 or, for Outlook 2007:Tools, Account Settings

or Email, New

Or check 'Manually Configure...' Internet Email, then the above settings.  Then More Settings.
